Yes, I am lost my funds too. I did BTC to Payoneer transfer and after I transferred bitcoins, nothing reached in my Payoneer and Contact Us form also doesn’t work I wonder if form even doesn’t send really to any support email. And company data that is registered in England is also fake, used data from another company.

For me, they take btc address 1Mz5CjvyzFUSxc4HvhcBqaCL5vn36jTFS I must transfer. My tx is https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/7c57a3408f1a2b980bacd64592bbf0d83873713eeeb38087a5ba91afb27f8b88

And lose it Sad

You sure that it's actually bitcoincashout.com? instead of bitcoinscashout.com, which is a pretty well documented scam with a lot of people reporting that they've been scammed. You may want to change your Title and the URLs in the OP if that is the case.

But the site design is a huge red flag already, because obviosuly they haven't put much time and effort into designing this site if they are legit. They are offering @ or above market rates as well, which is strange for a business to do, because they have absolutely no profitable business model.

You're right, always do your research before you send funds to any crypto site. There are tons of scams out there, and this is actually one of the more obvious ones. Sorry for your loss, but at least it wasn't that big.

updated the post ... you are right ... i was missing an "s" !!!!

unfortunately i did not do my research ... i have been mining for over a year now and have been using many services in the past to liquidate what i mine, but due to some change in policies in some of the sites i use, i had to look for new alternatives to collect my earnings. to my bad luck, and my stupidity, i came across www.bitcoinscashout.com and for some reason i thought I'd try it out with some 0.01BTC (about 90+ USD) to see if it works. I made the transfer to their address

Code:
1Jw8P3hAf47hHSnpV7qqXattPAJpmiTHz7

with trx #
Code:
ed489ddbe3c53971553d5909b62b65a5d902e6083bc9ed59c01d2b3e66baadb6

and they received it

https://blockexplorer.com/tx/ed489ddbe3c53971553d5909b62b65a5d902e6083bc9ed59c01d2b3e66baadb6

i soon realized that i might have been scammed and i started researching them, only to find that they have been around since 2011 and even though it might have been a legitimate business then, it stopped fulfilling the requests since 2012 or so!!!

i keep looking at the block explorer to track the movement of the coins, and it saddens me to see that they keep receiving funds on that address, though no withdrawals have yet been made out that address so far.

i'm writing this for a few reasons:

1. to maybe help out anyone who is thinking of using them and falling for their scam

2. i might be wrong and someone from bitcoincashout will actually respond to this (i tried to reach them in several ways but no response so far)

3. i think the community can help out, especially in this case if anyone residing in the UK and can help physically look into their scam

best of luck and always research any new service you think of using!!!!
