Team A -120 then I bet 120 (to win 1)
If the pick is a positive I bet 1 unit which will give me more if I win EG:
Team A +120 then I bet 1 (to win 120)

Hey Moneygod, I understand your frustration. The trick is that I look at a lot of data before I make any picks. Bear in mind that it is quite common to get pretty close to game time before a pick is made. This isn't just me, but for anyone that really knows how to bet.

I am not recommending a parlay. Just each on the money line. I never bet parlays. Portland is a heavy favorite on the money, currently -400 which is a lot to bet but they will be very hard to beat at home.
BUT, their big man is out. Personally, I do not like -400 with Aldridge not playing (he has been out a few games, but still). They should be like -250 or so.
