It is indeed legit but people should be careful buying/selling accounts especially from Newbies and from those that have negative trust.

Its hardly any cents.That feedback won't matter.If someone is explicitly buying the account for the feedback,you can be sure that his intentions are not good.You can easily make the same amount of money by sucking a few faucets instead of selling the account.Don't expect more than 0.01 for your account.

No the problem here is ,that small transaction feedback is used to gain more trades and feedbacks and eventually when the account becomes green enough,it's used for a bigger scam.
