Just a heads up, be careful about such cases thou.

For example someone can go to telegram and claim to be selling an account of a member who they might be having grudges with and the share the victims' profile, Before you realize it, an innocent person is being accused of account sales and probably even gets the account destroyed with red trust.

Luckily for this case, there seems to be enough evidence that account is involved in account trading

1. Recent password and Emails changes

2. Past history of interest in Account sales

The seller can still make a few bucks if his buyer don't mind the reputation. Well I admire the reputation system of the forum to deter abusers and keeping the members to act accordingly. No other forum like Bitcointalk implemented such good reputation and trust system as far is I know.

Looks like up to this point, no one is buying that account because of the tag. So I'm guessing is that he is that desperate and didn't care to exposed that account. Anyways, thanks for the heads-up, maybe DT can tag the account again. However, that account is useless, maybe the buyer can used it to a certain extend, (bounties that don't care if the account is red trust). Perhaps you can move this thread in the Reputation for exposure.

No need reporting today because the account is already tagged for "Account sales encourage scams, spam, and account farming." way back in October of 2018. That is done more than a year ago already. Everyone dealing with this user will see that the account is already red-tagged. No one will be dealing with this user illegally thanks to the red tag.

I have requested it to be moved to "reputation".

Account sales are not forbidden. You have to ask for a DT member to tag it and that's all.

Side note, he was selling rather cheap, probably because of that trust issue.
