I think the user is not a real seller. Most probably his/her main motive is to scam the buyer who will send first the money.
You are obviously right, because if the seller would like to sell his/her own account then the seller would not publish everything like as the seller posted on his/her topic. The  main goal of the seller is to convince buyer and take any payment (upfront from the buyer).

The Bitcointalk account seller is a scammer. I just checked Bpip.org and Loyce.club and there is not user with such activity, merits, trust score and registration data all together.

Also, why would someone with such activity, account ranking and trust score sell his account for pennies yet can can easily get that amount within a month if the enrolled in a bitcoin signature campaign?

Exactly, it's pretty simple, he is a scammer and most likely his target as those noobs again. Seeing green trust and Legendary member up for sell, it's enough for them to wet their pants and start to contact this scammer. And I doubt that this is his own account as well, possible hack account. And with this, it will just attract investigators here to hunt for that account (if it exists) and then tag it accordingly, making it useless, win-win for scammers.

I'm not sure they will use escrow services because they already know that the sale of accounts is strictly prohibited on this forum
18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.
Sales of accounts is not against the forum rules officially, it's just unethical and discouraged. There are so many issues attached to it;
Trust transfer, if a trusted users sells his/her account, the new user posts using the reputation of the previous owner and can use that to scam other users.
Risk of scam, users who buy accounts can have that account locked by the original owner who also owns the email used in registering.
• It's a means of cheating the system as a user with little or no idea about th forum or bitcoin can own a high-ranking account.

I see this seller as a scammer and fraudster whose aim is to steal money from the buyer, especially if he is a beginner and can steal by relying on green points where the buyer can trust this person because of the green points of +6 We can tell that this person is a fraudster from the price he is asking

I think the user is not a real seller. Most probably his/her main motive is to scam the buyer who will send first the money.
A legendary account never decides to sell his account for only 0.035BTC where he has much green trust. So if a green trust member needs some urgent money he can borrow it from some lenders instead of selling their account. So don't be greedy guys, you may be scammed if you believe the user and sent the money first.

Btw this busyness is very untrustworthy to me. So I am going to tag the user, thanks for the good catch.

Buyer can do it in escrow but you are right the amount is too small, three good signature campaign and that 0.035 is way to small for a legendary account, considering that it's hard to rank up now because of the merit system here in Bitcointalk, the probability of seller scamming buyer is high especially if the buyer is newbie and do not escrow his payment.

I'm not sure they will use escrow services because they already know that the sale of accounts is strictly prohibited on this forum so this fraudulent step is only to ask for money in advance what is said @sujonali1819 is also true especially with green trust in a legendary account maybe this is their trick by writing like that.

What I fear is that ordinary people who do this transaction, but with the support of flags on the seller's account can see their trust again.

This is another easy way to scam. They do not give information to the buyer that there will be a problem in the account. In this case, it is very risky to buy the account, because the seller may not deliver the account after receiving the payment. For this, escrow should be used so that no one can scam money. With a purchased account, you can't stay here long. Because someone will prove that the account purchased, the results tag.

Apparently a very unintelligent account seller, because he actually revealed all the details, which includes the exact number of merits/posts/activity. That account isn't really worth anything to someone who would buy it, because forum hunters would tag new owner sooner or later.

I looked through bpip matching the stat they provided and I can't find the anything matching it. I feel like the OP of that thread provided some false information to throw off anyone who'll look into it. I might be missing something. I hope someone can find the account and tag it accordingly.
