Perhaps they are trying to ruined someones reputation specially if the supposedly seller has some grudge against someone in Chipmixer that's why he/she is targeting that account.
It is almost not possible as I told on my previous post. The seller/poster might be a scammer whose target is to scam newbie by telling the opportunity of such an account and a newbie might not be aware about the trust system and also might not be aware about the scam.

I am also thinking about this, maybe his main motive to destroy someone's reputation. But this way will not help him much imo.
There is no chance to destroy to destroy anyone's account if the person want to do so. Because:
1. The person would not be able to proof the ownership of the so called account.
2. There will have no password and email change at a time.
3. The real owner would be able to proof his/her ownership.
4. Payment address will not be changed.
But if anyone sell then all of these information must have to change.

After all, Chipmixer is the most sought after campaign. But then again, I don't think he/she will be successful though, this community as evolved as well in finding connections. This is no longer 2016-2017 wherein someone can just buy accounts without raising any red flags.

Its because when you are working against and revealing their real faces then its common that they will try their best to destroy your reputation.
You are correct. Maybe this user also trying this. when someone will knock to buy the account may be the user will provide an account name who works against the user.

Interesting thing is that this account seller have good knowledge about green and red trust.

This looks like this Legendary with green trust. Personally I don't think a chipmixer participants will sell his account. So, it could be totally fake. Maybe the user just trying to make a big scam if anyone falls into his trap.
I don’t think any one gonna fall for this trap. Its quite simple that this user is misusing someone else's profile information due to having personal issues with that account owner. I will not so wonder if anyone use my profile information and make a new topic like that. Its because when you are working against and revealing their real faces then its common that they will try their best to destroy your reputation.

Just an idiot who have no knowledge about bitcointalk and its community. Although its not a new thing but its interesting to see hia "username" which need no more explanation that he is a account seller. I think he got information from somewhere that bitcointalk account have good value in the market and thats why he created one by himself.

Account selling is not supported by this community and it will remain same. Yeah its true that people wants to buy bitcointalk account for joining bounties and signature campaign but their chances is too little. I don't think its so easy to be as like as previous owner of a account just by deleting some old post and making some new. Its just a poor way to make a entry on bitcointalk with the hope of easy earning.

The highlighted part, I don't think that someone who is the highest paying signature campaign right now will simply sell his account because he can no longer participate. And as far as I can there are cases in which a Chipmixer participant simply stop posting but didn't sell his account, case of BTCforJoe. And even if this true, there will be a change of posting habit and it will be very evident later on. No one should fall for this.
I agree with you that no one will sell, and if sell then habit of post will be change more important thing is that password and email will be changed. Password and email change and this post will proof that the account has been using any other person which will be worked as negatively and the account will be no longer on the campaign.

I think you should move this to reputation board. The user attempted to sell their account. A neg tag for account trading is enough. He has nothing done so far to create scam accusation.
Edit- The 2nd quoted post seems scammy. I doubt a chipmixer participant would sell their account. Even if anyone sells, the account will be caught and red tagged within few days of hand changes.

As there is a chance to make scam I think it should remain on the scam accusation thread. On both posts, the person told that the account is enrolled in chipmixer campaign. I think it is 100% false just trying to scam people who will try to buy account from the person.
You are right there is no foolish person who will sell any account which is enrolled in chipmixer campaign either that is 0.1 bitcoin or 1 bitcoin. The person will just try to scam who will be on the person's trap.
