We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who can help us get our message out in the right way on this forum. The person should be higher ranking and have proven experience with other campaigns. The campaign will not be to promote a token sale. It is a User Sign up campaign which will allow everyone to EARN Tokens. The more sign ups, the more tokens released.

Whether it is token sale or other time to promote your project. All you need is best manager should be involved in the project. I suggest you to hire Yahoo62278 or aTriz. As I am work with as a participant in many campaigns. These two very strict towards spammers and choose the right person to promote the project to all the corners.
As first person replied you, can might have create the thread on services section instead of here. However, my suggestion really works for you better.

There are a lot of Community Managers in the forum. When you talk about "in this forum," you're referring to Campaign Managers, right? There is Atriz, Sylon and etc. You just need to choose among them. No need to find who.

You can move this to services section you can find a lot of potentially good campaign manager over there, but I've never heard of a campaign in which user will earn tokens by singing up. only move your thread if you are willing to pay in Bitcoin, but if you are going to pay in token you can move it in altcoin bounty
