Even if Bitcointalk plan to delete your data or limit its retention as described on the "About privacy" page (linked to by actmyname above), you have no way of confirming that is happening, and are relying solely on trust. Data can be hacked, can leak, can be copied or backed up (intentionally or accidentally), and so on. Third party services such as Cloudflare and Captcha providers will also almost certainly be recording more information and data than Bitcointalk does.

If you are concerned about your IP being tracked or linked to your real identity or your data being collected, then you should be using a brand new email address, a brand new alias, brand new bitcoin addresses, and so on, all done over Tor. Don't trust other people to look after your privacy for you.

No admin know more than 30 days.
It can be limited to 3 months, check the full text for more info
There's now an option in your account settings which will allow you to reduce retention of your logged IPs to 3 months. You should only consider enabling this if you've staked a pubkey in the thread and you're sure that your account email is correct. I'm not sure if 3 months is enough to respond adequately to all abuse; we'll see, and I might change it later or perhaps restrict it based on rank.

How long are records kept for my first log IP address?
The answer is in the link above your reply. There are different retention times for different levels of IP log and you can limit that through the settings on your profile.
Limiting your IP retention would not be applied retrospectively and only reflect in future IP logs, so your first log address would be retained according to the normal retention time.

Click on account related settings on your profile, and tick to limit IP retention

How can I do that?

Can admin know the IP address or all the IP addresses that I use in the forum with all my accounts or alt accounts?
He knows it and he can draw a map.

Your IPs are logged for 30 days only- https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php
No admin know more than 30 days.

read this again
I don't want to make older IP logs automatically accessible because that'd give a hacker a bunch of useful/sensitive information. But 30 days is probably not too harmful.

How long are records kept for my first log IP address? I remember reading somewhere that it is kept for a long time.
I remember admin has verified some hacked accounts back to 2013.

Exception: if you click on a "ping link" as part of a manual account recovery process, the IP log created by this action has possibly-indefinite retention.

IP address retention works in this way:
ThingNormal retentionLimited retentionRetention for guests
Full IP6 months3 monthsA few weeks
Partial IP2 yearsN/AN/A
City geolocation6 years3 monthsN/A
You can opt into limited retention in your account settings. This will apply only to logs created after you change the setting, and doing so will make it much more difficult for you to recover your account if it is ever lost.

Between 6 and 24 months, the IP linearly loses least-significant bits over time. For example, the IP 123.234.210.221 would lose 8 bits and become the prefix 123.234.210.0/24 approximately 10.5 months after it was logged. For IPv6, the least-significant 66 bits are dropped after 6 months, and then the remaining bits are dropped linearly over the 1.5-year period.

The city geolocation locates you to the nearest large city according to your IP address.

Exception: if you click on a "ping link" as part of a manual account recovery process, the IP log created by this action has possibly-indefinite retention.

Admin can know the IPs of last 30 days. If there is any legal reason, admin may hand over ip log to legal authority.
Why don't you use TOR by the way? If captcha is a problem, forum has solution- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/captcha-bypass-5042674

For how long this forum maintains my IP addresses and who can access that data?
Is it encrypted or can it be leaked if any hack occurs?
What other useful/sensitive information does the forum record? my first IP address? last log?
Can it be handed over to the government if the court issues a decision?
Can admin know the IP address or all the IP addresses that I use in the forum with all my accounts or alt accounts?
