Was really impressed with Mumbai's performance against LSG that I picked MI despite knowing GT is better overall team. Anyway, results are obvious now, Alone055 will take the crown.

This was so much fun and can't wait to participate in next one, if there is going to be one.

Well, I think things can still change. As I can see from the last match, a correct prediction can get you 2 points, and if a correct margin can also give 2 points then the final match can be the game-changer. If you get both the prediction and the margin and if I choose the wrong team and lose, you can still get to the top, but if the margin only gives 1 point, then I will still be on the top with a 0.5 points lead.

This is very unlikely to happen that you lose today's prediction (well can happen) but at the same time the other person wins and wins with a margin (very low probability). By the way, did superbru told us that there will be a change in the points for the playoffs and the finals Huh

Maybe i missed it somehow.

Anyways I wish I end up in the third spot after the finals so that i am eligible for a price

The difference between MI and GT was GT's opener Gill.

Yes Gill is in form, but it's his dropped catch from Tim David and some other relatively hard chances that were choked that made the difference.

The difference between MI and GT was GT's opener Gill. This young man is too good. Fearless, quick decision maker, hungry for run separated him from everyone else. Two consecutive centuries then one 40+ innings and then again another century, he is showing his class. I don't know if he is in India's T20 squad but if he is not then he is becoming headache for existing openers for India's T20 squad.

Tomorrow my horse is GT again.

Superbru website is annoying. showing everything 0 for me, and often I get the error that game engine is busy (even after match ended hours ago).

This is not only for you but for everyone. Sad

I also faced the same issues and yesterday at one point, everyone's point was showing as Zero.

We are now left with the final match of the tournament. I think Alone055 and libert19 will finish 1st and 2nd respectively. Its between me and umeridrees who will be at the number 3 spot to get the prize. However umeridrees have a slight advantage as he is 1.5 points above me. He needs to predict the final match wrongly and I need to predict correctly in order to switch the positions

The prediction started good for me, at the end I was quite down the leaderboard. It is really nice to see the top four contenders having close competence. As of now the difference between the first and second position is just 1.5 points. If both takes different team order to win in the upcoming matches we can see variation in the result, else this is the outcome after the final match.

Well with less people there will be more probability of the win, isn't ? Yeah the fun part may be less with fewer people but i think one can still enjoy the pool with 8 to 10 people.

Initially it used to be really good as my predictions used to come closer and kept me at the lead. Few rounds were really bad and in particular the last round I was able to score just a point. If not I might've been in the race for the third spot. Even the present round isn't favouring me, in the match between KKR vs LSG my prediction narrow win for KKR and what happened at the last moment. They will add rest of the matches once the teams are fixed. So you will be able to make picks all the matches including the final match.

It's only 2 points difference. With the remaining matches it's hard to predict who will eventually win.

Its already lost. I'm alongside of you. The top 3 are in good competence. The worst round for me had passed. I was able to have just one point from round 7. Big disappointment. Until then I was somehow close with the participants. Now that's a big difference between the first position and me. Lets see in the ODI World Cup prediction pool. Cheesy

Two rounds back it happened with me. Once again I've failed with the last four match prediction. On the leaderboard I'm standing down and no more chances of reaching the top position. Congratulations to the leaderboard toppers. All the four matches were completely against the prediction, something completely one sided.

The competence is much between the second, third and fourth position ad the points are something close.
