Yeah it would be great, but many on this forum wish to remain anonymous, so I don't think it will work to great effect. But if a thread is started, I will definitely support your cause! Great idea.

Now there are ICOs of projects which move the quest to job on the blockchain.

Ya true like bitjob, but Bitcointalk already has a community and a kind of reputation implemented. Thats the reason i thought about it.

The problem is most workers want to remain anonymous and most employers don't like that since it's easy to scam.

But that should be up to the worker and employer. If someone does a certain job he can get paid for it and if people want to get to know each other to stat projects they can get in closer more personal contact.

I hope thats not a repost but what does the community think about a Job market here in the Forum? I am sure there are many entrepreneurs and talented people who could meet and realize projects. Maybe there could be a new part only for CVs, search, offer, team finding...
What do you think about that?
