Many people in this forum don't like about buying/selling accounts so if they know about your business , they would instanly give you a red trust for your main and alts account.
I am not sure if this is allowed or not, so it can be closed if not...

Yes you can, but you may regret it later if this account connected to another account which has problem in this forum.
If an account get negative trust by DT-member, your account may get tagged as well.
There are few tips before buy an account obviously, and you may check the price at; service discussion or service announcement (can't find specific thread about bitcointalk account prices). Maybe, it costs around BTC0.03 for member and BTC0.06 for full member.
