This is not new. There has been several phishing links posted even here in the forum.
Notice that the real bitcointalk link appears in green when clicked in the forum. This was implemented to prevent anyone posting a fake link to avoid phishing.

There seems to be an exact duplicate of bitcointalk.org out there. I don't want to name the domain, but if it is not affiliated with bitcoin.org or bitcointalk.org, shouldn't there be a warning to users? One of our colleagues almost entered our information on the phishing site.
