Are there any stats on the ICOs promoted via bitcointalk?
BitcoinTalk officially do not moderate any ICO or recommend any ICO so you won't find any stat on ICO related stuffs.

As for stats, aside from the ones already mentioned, you could try parsing and aggregating data from http://bitcointalk.org/trust.txt.xz or https://bitcointalk.org/merit.txt.xz, if you have some scripting knowhow. Or just search up on the countless threads who've already done so.
