Save your time and don't bother. The formulas are useless, this works on supply and demand.
This is obviously true, however it is the amount that you can earn with various accounts from signature deals is what drives demand so it would be fair to say that what you can realistically earn in a month is the amount of demand for a certain type of account

Your method, in theory is a good way to determine how much accounts are worth, however  you also need to factor in the fact that certain level accounts are more rare then others. For example newbie and junior member accounts will take very little effort to create/build so there is more then an ample supply of them. Hero accounts on the other hand take years to build up so they will tend to sell for prices above what they can earn in ~1 month via a sig deal (although their values have fallen dramatically over the last several months).
different account levels will have a different ROI, for jr members, its 2 weeks and for members its a month, im planning on doubling it all the way up the highest rank, for this reason, i think my calculations are fair

you cant use that formula all the time to compute how much does an account worth, remember the trust feedbacks buddy.. trust isnt something that can be buy in a small amount(in buying BTC forum account)
people dont normally sell accounts with trust but a 50% markup for accounts with green trust and the opposite for those with red can work

There is a similar topic here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/market-price-of-accounts-990935
That topic is about The prices of accounts. Also I had seen some Jr. accounts sold for as low as less than 0.005, and even Members account could not go to even 0.025. Your basics are good, but can you change the formula?
what do you propose, bumping it down from money accumulated from 5 weeks to 3?
For different kinds of accounts people are looking for different ROI periods. For Jr. Members people may looking for 1-2 weeks ROI, but for high ranked members (Hero, Legendary) people may looking for ROI in few months. Also high ranked members are more rare, like there are only 300 Legendary members out here.
ok i'll see what i can do, and for higher ranked members i'll use campaigns that pay monthly instead of weekly since those people will be looking for a ROI spanning a few months

Thats a lot for Jr.Member, but I'm not sure if Jr.Member worth 0.01-0.05

Also there's something you can't buy: Your effort on managing your account and people's trust

ok, i've developed a new way of determining how much a bitcointalk.org account is worth

here is how things work
we will use this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-bitcointalk-signature-ad-campaigns-last-update-01-jan-23-615953 (link of campaigns) as a basis

an account will be worth the equivalent of the max payout of the (the campaign that pays the weekly/monthly highest per post) times 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the rank

newbie member accounts wont be calculated

Jr. Members (two week period)

coinomat sig campaign: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinomatcom-signature-campaign-full-1007178

per post: 0.0001BTC

max post per week: 100 posts

price calculations: 0.0001*100*2= 0.02BTC

secondary calculation (min posts):0.0001*20*2= 0.004BTC

optimal price= 0.02+0.004= 0.024/2= 0.012BTC

Members (one month period)

cloudmining.website campaign: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/signature-campaign-fixed-pay-earn-01-btc-in-two-week-running-since-jan-15-917174

per post: 0.0002BTC

max posts (monthly): 300 posts

price calculations: 0.0002*300*1= 0.06BTC

secondary calculation: 0.0002*100*1= 0.02BTC

optimal price= 0.06+0.02=0.08/2= 0.04BTC
