Honestly ? I think that trying to gather people interested in bitcoin into a telegram group or any other online platform except this forum is pretty much an impossible task to do. I mean look at facebook etc... Its pretty much dead out there even though these services are known.

after we join in that group, every day we received many promotion and invitation to join many of program investment that offers a good income. i have seen this before in my other whatsapp group and i think i don't want to see the promotion like that in everyday.

Hello party people, I have starte a telegram channel for all you questions about crypto, bitcoin and altcoin discussion, general earning in the cryptoscene and guiding people that are new in the crypto world.

https://t.me/BitCoinUnity

Good move, we need to move Bitcoin and Crypto  to people's faces especially the coming generation, there is need to be educated the right way about BTC, in my part of the world the way Bitcoin was introduced to my country was through MMM (a ponzi scheme) and is difficult to convince people on the real benefit of Bitcoin

Well I am pretty sure that Bitcointalk didn't automatically get users as soon as it was launched. I think that trying to advertise for a new Bitcoin website is a great thing to do.

I understand that you have this feeling, that is also what I thought when I launched my own website. I thought how do I get visitors, seemed impossible, but after hard work it will come by itself. Also another group named Cryptogene is also an example of a big community.
You don't have to listen to what that guy is saying. I think that you are doing that a great thing to promote Bitcoiners.

unfortunately any attempt to gather bitcoin crowd in one place on any social network platform, including reddit, facebook or  others
have failed dramatically, don't know why telegram should be different
there must be something unique and also something that makes spending people's time worthwhile
like in this forum,for example

I think any attempt which can increase the awareness of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies must support. Your motivation is very well. I don't know if this kind of communication for cryptocurrencies have tried or not before but I like your idea. I hope your project succeed. Good luck my friend.

I think somebody has already integrated an altcoin into telegram. I think its good because it can spread very fast.

There are pretty a lot out there, telegram, Skype, slack. Mostly the group is not really worth, too many referral spam.

If there are a moderator for such group to kill those spammers it will be good. But we have already this forum which have a lot moderator, topic and rules.

It's a good initiative and it's good to see that people are really going out of their ways to go and give back to the Bitcoin community, but the thing is it will require lot of time and efforts to get people to come to Telegram when this forum offers everything, not saying you won't get it going but it shall take one he'll of a effort and then you better have to be good to maintain it. Maybe once in a while you could do some giveaway something to get more followers on your account. Wish you all the best.

Oh well... I thought this was another fork, as Classic or Unlimited, and when I saw this was coming from you I invented many things in my head and told me at final that if even you can turn against the true Bitcoin, we are all doomed Cheesy !

nice job. just keep trying. who knows whether the community on telegram will be in high amount or not.

anyway I have a telegram too, but I was just into it, so I am still trying learn to use it. but I am going to visit your channel.
Thank you! I will be creating a website with alot of information on it. So people do not make the mistake others did or prevent them from getting scammed or losing their bitcoins by stolen credentials.

Your motive and your idea is very nice. If your site will succeed then that will make a good effect on the bitcoin users worldwide. But it will be very hard to promote this kind of things to the community after all bitcoin users are here not to support bitcoin but to profit. Only a small percentage will support your cause. But if there are commissions and earnings in bitcoin while doing your site then they will flood it.

Since Bitcointalk is the fastest and effective community about Bitcoin, what will you try to do to make your site different from Bitcointalk ? I mean, what can we learn from this online group ? Are there any new things or just the same as Bitcointalk? I have seen many other chat groups and most of them are not very successful. It is kinda waste of time

Its a good Try. Better is to make the bitcoin enthusiasts register themselves with their own mobile numbers, which helps the admin them to the several communities and groups that run discussing about bitcoin. If they are not interested let them get out of the group, similar to that with our social media applications.
