I am not sure which ICO you are talking about but this is just normal scenario in the crypto investments.Most of the time the token price will sell much lower than the ICO price because early investors are dumping the tokens which causes the demand to fall so if you still believe in that project you can hold until the prices go higher.

Many factors that can influence it, but I'm sure this happen because it is dominated by investor disappointment. Considering they have promised to get listed on a large exchange but after waiting a long time they cannot keep their promises (too many lies). That’s because people are selling. It’s better to hold your BITS for a while. Maybe when people begins to buy again it will start to increase again. It happens there are actually ICO that has a working platform but fails to take I even know once ICO who has a lot of platform but failed to get into decent exchange, you are lucky yours got in a good exchange, just be patient it will soon take off if you have a good admin.

Actually, i agree - the platform is developing, they really do great stuff, but the marketing goes in a weak way.. project needs much more promotion.
Check the latest news about smart payments and also their visit to MaltaBlockchainSummit - it has already attracted a lot of new investors. So the project can be more popular, it just needs more attention to its promotion.

well I think there are so many factors responsible for this. firstly you know that market volatility has affected the price. which means the price of BITS was traded below the ICO price. secondly BITS witness massive dump from bounty hunters and some investors that do no more believe in the project. BITS will continue to witness a true growth as far as the team keep working hard and probably get the coin listed in some few top exchange platform.
