hi can someone please help me for the error i keep getting when i try to send bitcoin to any address
the error i keep getting is unable to complete the transaction
i tried lowering the amount as much as i can but it isnt working
the wallet that i use is bitcoinwallet
Which wallet to you use ? Bitcoin core ? What seems to be the error message ? I haven't came across such errors as mentioned but I do get "transaction creation failed" [used to].What is your transaction size ?Do you have a lot of small transactions divided the amount into pieces ? Please provide more information.

i used bitcoinwallet.com
i keep getting unable to complete the transaction for every addresses that i try to send to
i am trying to get 18 bitcoin transfered
nah i had a bulk transfer done to it

I guess your best chance of getting this fixed is contacting their support dept: https://bitcoinwallet.com/support.php
Please, please, please, pretty please... When talking about 18BTC, do yourself a favour and stay away from online wallets, especially the lesser-known ones.
18BTC should be more than enough for you to purchase a hardware wallet, or learn about offline storage and paper wallets... You're basically giving the private keys controlling ~$12.000 (at current rate) to a third party you have never met. I really hope you'll get your funds back under your controll, otherwise it'll be a very expensive lesson about trusting unknown people with large amounts of money.

the only bitcoin wallet with the name "bitcoinwallet" i could find is this online one: https://bitcoinwallet.com/
If this is the one you're using, i guess you'll have to take it up with their support dept. I wouldn't trust online wallets myself, but i guess it's up to you wether or not you use them.

If you're using a different one, i agree with Patatas: you should specify...

- which wallet (exactly, including version)
- which error (depending on the wallet, there might be a debug.log)
- info about the transaction
