Of course not, that is mr. bitcoinwheel who just registered but somehow bought the scamwheel for 1.99 BTC and is now taking a loss of 1.49 BTC.

It comes with a admin panel so you can deposit/withdraw bitcoins and it lets you manage all users and you can see stats from all users. Included in the sale is the domain and script, domain will be transferred over to your account

I can verify ownership by uploading a .txt file with whatever you want in it
