Question 2: Does it forget to say guaranteed delivery by xxx or a full BTC refund anywhere?
If the answer to the above questions is YES. Then it is a scam. 100% for sure.
It may exist. It may get to you. But if it meets both the criteria above it is 100% and truly a giant scam.
