Take it as a lesson these types of platforms will never have any traction in crypto or the real world. They can work for a while, but once people figure out the scheme or once money stop coming in then you see what actually goes on. There was another one called DavorCoin I think and the same thing happened within a couple of months. You don't want to be in a spot like Trevon James or Craig Grant are in right now, I would be immensely scared going up against the US government.

Hint: If a platform offers "guaranteed money", get as far away from that platform as humanly possible.

Both coin are death and already predict it. And now still there are many project scam ponzi like this trying to steal money again from others. Just be carefull there are many coin created for ponzi from the start but there are many legit project. You need to do dip research to know about it and always read whitepapper before investing.
and yet all this documentation is made by the developers themselves, and maybe even other people, but only under the guidance of the first. Thus, it can be said that all the information that is written in the White Paper can be built and made so as to deceive you as the truth.

There has been an over saturation of lending platforms in the market. Literally the past 3 months, all sorts of new ones have popped up. I think a lot of people are just buying in the ico and dumping immediately afterwards.

I've just checked the market recently, and it feels like I didn't regret about not investing to Bitconnect and Regalcoin.

As of today, Bitconnect got down by 50% from $440+ to $220+ and Regalcoin from $75+ to $4+. Maybe lending type coins are not going to last long, especially that Bitconnect was criticized as a ponzi and they have been threatened by UK to shut down their services early January.

Are they really dead now guys?

If its all about the drop in price that is being witnessed for you to determine whether those coins are dead, then I would say maybe bitcoin is dead too and all other coins that have shown a downward price in the past couple of days. In the case of bitconnect, the possibility of it crashing is kind of high considering the negative publicity that surrounds it and the UK threat you made reference to in determining the future of this coin.

Bitconnect and regalcoin was huge dump, but not means that this coin are already dead. Maybe it will happen because many users were full out their investment due to continues declining of bitcoin price they think that investing in this coin is more effective than investing into different coin. Also probably happen was they lessen the price of bitconnect and regalcoin coin because they want to encourage more capitalist.

Good riddance, ponzi schemes are extremely unethical. Hope the bitconnect founders get destroyed in the courts.

You didn't regret about not investing in it? Well I did, from 0.70$ to 300$+ was a huge profit.

It is not yet clear who is behind the project, how it works, or if the BCC has any actual use. Bitconnect also uses a number of questionable methods to work and promote its business. The business model proposed by the company is economically unstable, since the current level of profitability can not be confirmed by any one,or legally known investment system.

No coin is simply dead, and dead coins may come to life stronger. If you believe in bitconnect and regalcoin then it is very good time to buy these coins.

any reasonable reason why we must believe bitconnect or regalcoin ?
because i see there is no reason to buy both coins

from the beginning bitconnect or regalcoin and other crypto with lending program is a ponzi scheme for me
so, soon or later the price will be down hard,

And it is doing exactly that at the moment, regalcoin is the same as bitconnect only that created by 3rd world countries. Bitconnect is much more professional, but in the same terms, they are exactly the same, ponzi schemes.

Lending coins like Regal and BCC have been tainted hard as Ponzi schemes and by the looks of it now, they are finally being dumped hard. If you earn money off of people under you and are told that your capital is locked for x amount of time avoid it like the plague. These coins pray on the weak and the newbies entering the crypto market and sooner or later their funds will run out and once that happens well you know the rest. Sadly, I was a victim of 1 coin scam but luckily I only put in $200 to test the water. You should check out SALT that is an example of what an actual lending company should look like. They are transparent with most of their missions and they actually have a face behind the coin not like the others. I definitely feel sorry for the people who invested not hundreds but thousands to BCC and regal. You will see a class-action lawsuit coming up soon I am sure.

bitconnect price charts are weird as hell, pump and dump coin for sure.
But as every pump and dump coin you could have had tremendous profit by buying before the pump and selling before dump, it doesn't matter if it is a scam or not.

They have both, as you note, been pointed out to be ponzi type schemes, with a lot of credible allegations. In fact, just looking at their main websites and schemes tells you to avoid them like the plague. They may not be dead, since MLM type operations are very difficult to stamp out, but steer very far away from them.

Anything that guarantees profit has to be a scam, if not now, then down the line. You simply can't profit from others below you without the whole system eventually crashing down at some point. I still see people posting about Bitconnect though, so clearly it's not dead (yet).
