Is there any moderator who can help?
We, as staff members, do nothing about stuff like this. We do not moderate scams, which is explicitly stated in the forum rules (19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse)). We are not here to babysit, how harsh that might sound. If the guy ripped you off, all you can do is a create a scam accusations (like you did), post evidence that you were indeed scammed and hope that the guy is given enough negative trust ratings to never sell anything ever again.

Anyway, the e-book sounds very fishy and he now has a scam accusations against him, so I've tagged them.

I'm not sure what you want the staff to do about it? Leaving negative trust is all that will happen.

You apparently bought a guide called "Bypass Paypal 21 Day'z Hold" - so you were trying to break the regulations of another company to achieve your goal. I don't want to condone ripoff ebook sellers, but customers sometimes avoid using common sense when someone offers their dreams on a plate. There is little you can do, unless you identify the person to file a police complaint, you might just have to accept it was a relatively cheap lesson on scammer methods.

If it is a Ripoff ebook then why bitcointalk.org forum allowed him to sell on their platform?

And if it is a ripoff then Why moderators allowed him to block other users from posting their reviews and encouraging this seller to sell his scamming ebook? i didn't care about my $50 but i have to warn other users to stay away from his guide.

@hwaleed,

Yes, i will but, you have to first go the the public board to remove the your review/comment/feedback  before i can help you release fund on hold. This is because i will be using same principle in the guide to release your fund.
