On another note, I may have been selectively scammed, I am hoping that it is just incompetency, (which is almost just as bad for a gambling site), but I made a deposit there over a week ago and still have not received my btc. Bitdice alerted me that the deposit was confirmed about 20 minutes after it was sent, and the deposit shows up in my deposit history, but the amount was never credited to my balance to play with. The deposit came from bittrex and the actual transaction if you look at it in blockexplorer is the one that is going to 17yk2GHyZfcBjvCu5fLf1vsoif8nuKMEoc for the amount of 0.01457878.

About three days ago, the guy who runs the site, Alex, emailed me and said that my support request went to his spam folder, I replied to his email with the txid and haven't heard anything back and still have not got my deposit.

I don't understand what you are saying here. What do you mean not verify? I have played on those sites and for me they seems to be fair and I have verified the seeds as well. Maybe you just had a bad day and started losing on them that's why you are ranting here. Take the lost like a man and just move forward on your life. Just a piece of advise and don't get me wrong here.
