Sometimes it will be our disadvantage if we will not read their TOS before playing any casinos as we are not fully aware about the rules or terms that the casino has set to their platform and players especially in terms of withdrawal which is very important. Terms are very long, in short this is the common reason why most of the players won't bother to read the TOS, this also applies to me as sometimes I will not bother reading the TOS if it is very long.

Wagering more than to what you want to withdraw is quite good strategy for bitdouble but a big disadvantage to players as there is a big possibility that you will loss all your money to withdraw before hitting the required requirements for withdrawal.

The issue comes from bitdouble moderator, the bitdouble Admin still not reply anything on this topic.

Who started to promote the bitdouble.io on bitcointalk,I think he's the Admin for bitdouble. But the user is not active from July-05-2020.

I was trying to solve this issue last one month, no proper reply on  support tickets, created 8 tickets for support.. don't be acting here. all the attachments with date. I still believe bitdouble keep their reputation.

If your withdrawal time was after that update then I think that's not their fault in the first place but at least they should have put a warning that faucet satoshis shouldn't be withdrawn if the user will not deposit first. If they can't be withdrawn then how come it let through even in the first withdrawal?

Yes I don't know deposit required before withdrawal, they updated the terms on recently (sep-2020), I'm not active online while lockdown in India.

reading the quoted below post below did you made the deposit before you won the money or after you won the money? I think the requirement is you need to deposit before you won using the funds from their faucet and not deposit after you won using the fund from their faucet. sometimes gambling site forgets to clarify things.

Exactly, that's free money overall why OP cried it here by not paying that casino.

The casino will think that he was abused the faucet because he was created another account that linked to the first account that the account made.
Op had successfully withdrawn 6mbtc and I think that is free from the faucet without having any capital to risk, so that is not a problem after all. There's a policy from the casino that users cant able to withdraw from the faucet if they will not have any amount to deposit.

I'm not active in bitcointalk last year, not only mine Many people's are not active on this board. So updated terms must include in there FAQ. Or enable pop up warning when request withdrawal.

If you are unable to pay out your money, it does not mean you will not be paid at all. If they took your money or closed your account with it, it would be a different story. I would still give them some time to resolve this situation.

I think it's a common policy for casinos not to allow withdrawing money won with a faucet. Or at least to have strict wagering requirements, so that this won money is used again and again for other bets and then a person can withdraw whatever's still left. I couldn't find such rules on their website, though. Bitdouble has positive trust on the forum, but the account hasn't been active since summer, so I'm not sure you'll get any more explanations from them on the forum, unfortunately.
In any case, you didn't really lose anything, you just weren't able to withdraw what you won with free money, so it's not that bad IMO.

This is very interesting clause and I believe this is the reason for you not to get the money withdrawn that  you won from faucet. I have not looked deep in this case since the sum is very little and not worth making one after another posts to spend energy in it.

If you had ask anyone here before receiving the withdrawal about this that they have asked to deposit first before withdrawal then I would say it's a scam. However since they allowed you to withdraw the deposited fund, it means this is just a business strategy for them. Not intending to scam their clients but still this is very risky ask. I would not suggest any business to practice this deposit first method.

I played roulette with faucet,  and won 3mbtc so I withdrawn  1.2mbtc on 30-11-2020 (minimum withdrawal) waited 2 days, withdrawal shows pending. I know withdrawals are manual, it will takes 48 hours.

   I need some emergency money so I contacted mod "obak" via telegram on 02-12-2020.
 he said
"try lightning withdrawal"
 so again I made lightning withdrawal of 2.1mbtc (it's also from faucet)
 waited until lightning invoice expired, suddenly
Raised support ticket. they're not responding, I'll keep calm I understand there situation.
"cause all the faucet fund mistakenly transferred to one of the bitdouble user account so they are working on it"

Got reply mail on 04-12-2020
 "faucet abuse, fraud detected, account suspended"

 so I logged in another account on 06-12-2020

I told them  "After lockdown changed mobile number, and unable to access registered email....explaining everything and they verified unblocked my account on 15-12-2020. In the between they clarify updated rules for faucet I'm too agree to deposit btc.

After login my account withdrawals shows rejected by moderator, contact support for details. created support ticket waited 2 days no reply so I deposited 4mbtc on 17-12-2020
and withdrawn 6mbtc successfully same day. but still the first 2 withdrawals showing rejected and not back to my account. they clearly mentioned

Again raised tickets more than 8 times untill now they're not responding properly.
