If the said exchange got the red-flag while OP is already using them, I can't blame OP for missing it.

Their email response is unprofessional. They should give what kind of violations OP commits so we know all sides.

This exchange will just easily get away and can't be sued like any exchange, a reality that everyone is facing when dealing in an exchange platform.

Sorry for the loss OP and hope you learn your lesson.

Trackers like CMC won't give you scam exchange just always read the whole page when checking the exchange they always giving you notification like in coingecko.

Like this one from coingecko.

So do a research first before you trade because if you don't do that you will always end up scam by exchanges.

He definitely missed that spot to read up yet CMC do really make out some caution when something is shady that do happen on the said listed Exchange but somehow on these scenarios where these updates do happen to late.Lots of people been victimized thats why it would be much preferable if cmc wont allow on listing of those shady exchange on the first place.I can really make some blames on them because of these kind of situation.

Sorry for your loss. Did they write the reason why account was disabled or the last info from them was email with account disabled info?

I've used that exchange several times, but now I'm not going to use it anymore, because this is not the first accusation of them being scam...
This is the email I received from them. It seems they always do that to those who want to withdraw. They are so bad!

This is a sad story for those who have lost money at BiteBtc.
Because I found BiteBtc listed on Coinmarketcap, I trusted and registered the trade.
However when I wanted to withdraw XVG at BiteBtc, I did not receive my money.
I sent Sticket to them and getting feedback is they need time review. 3 days later I received an email from them as " Account Disabled"
I then searched for information and knowed that a lot of people were like me. Oh no?
I just want to inform people not to use BiteBTC because you will never be able to withdraw.
If you have proper evidences then create a scam accusations against them. The format to follow is here:
