They now want to execute the 2nd part of the scam!
"Suddenly" making their fraudulent exchange accessible to collect even more BTC.

And then they disappear!

Do not fall for this fake news.

Also go to the profile of "bitebtc" then click on "Trust" and add your scam-report there.

Click on "Post new feedback". You will also find my feedback there.



You can also add the amount of BTC lost.

We have already pushed their trust level down to -2 (Warning: Trade with extreme caution! )



The more people add new entries the lower the Trust level will be and they won't be able to continue with the scam anymore.

Please, invest a few minutes to help the community!

If you google a bit you'll find the similar address from their page registered at various business registries/sites. Therefore it is possible that they have the address there, so it makes sense to inform the police. If anything, at least they will have a reason to check who is behind those addresses.  

The more people report the greater the chance that police will do something about it. Staying silent only helps the scammers.

I've been waiting since the beginning of May and they still haven't verified my account. Whenever I contact support I get an obviously copy/paste response. Hopefully they're just extremely slow...

How long does it normally take to get verified here on bitebtc? There is someone who said that you will have to wait for 2 months, is that true? I hope not, and I hope that they should improve their customer service so they could encourage more traders to trade in their platform.

Since the listing, no one from the PNY community can pass the verification.

Is the delay a pain , sure it is , but is it a scam , not likely.

Bitebtc follows Strict KYC/AML ,  if you fudged anything in your id, it could flag you and got you permanently banned.

Question: What country are you residing in?

Did you use your real ids or did you use fake ids?

If something about your id was flagged by your government, your government told Bitebtc to block you and since they follow Strict KYC/AML you got perma banned.

It is no consolation to you , but you were paying them to add the PNY market , which they did ,and I just checked the markets and they are still up ,
so why would they refund you for a service , that they kept up their end of the deal.

I doubt at any time, was there a promise you would be guarantee a pass to the KYC/AML regulations.
No one there has the ability to do that. Their hands are tied as much as yours.

Sadly the regulations are just going to get worse as the governments try and tighten their grip on crypto.

Future reference , get verified before paying for a market if you want to be able to trade personally or stick to exchanges that require no verification,
which sadly gets fewer and fewer everyday.

But as long as they leave the markets up, you got what you pay for and your users can still trade there that passed verification.

FYI:
One other thing to check out before signing up with an exchange, is some have started banning people just because of their country of origin.
Also if the KYC/AML flag you , they have to block you and are not allowed to tell you why.  Government Regs.  

This is a serious problem, but there are so many better exchanges than this one, why the hell did you choose an exchange like that? when there are much better options, another thing ls that your project is very strange and this could be a problem to be listed in the big exchange


 

why did you waste your time with this exchange when you can use much better options? binance is a good option.

I have no idea how this exchange is functioning however looking at the information you have provided - it  looks like a very poor customer service. You can not tell someone or something is scam without having more data.

I want to warn you about the SCAM project - bitebtc.com
I unfortunately had no cautiousness to lose on the bitcoins on this exchange.
This exchange was paid for me by the listing for a coin, at first it was all great, the coin was quickly exchanged, but then the first problems started.
I could not pass the verification to allow my account for bidding. I appealed a lot to support, I was told to add more documents, asked to wait, but each time there was no admission to the exchange. after 2.5 months and a permanent correspondence with bitebtc.com, today I received a response that I will not be allowed to trade, and then I would not have addressed them more. My requests for a refund for the listing given by the exchange are ignored. Also full of information on the network about the same victims as me. I ask you to be careful and take care of your money.
