Seems like most of the oldschool exchanges are starting to close doors for new members.
Why?
Because of the recent hype about bitcoin(almost every news website had an article about the bitcoin), the whole crypto world is being flooded with users, and exchanges can't handle it, so they just prefer to keep with the good service for the old members instead accepting new ones.
Seems like Poloniex and Kraken act the same, they are also won't accept any new users until they will be able to hire new stuff.

As it would be the first time for me to sell my Bitcoin, I have no idea if existing brokers on the market are willing to do such thing?
They don't care whether or not you're a newcomer. Exchanges not allowing new registrants is nothing more than a sign of incompetence. On top of that, I don't think people should be bothered by Bitfinex not allowing any new registrants anymore. It's not an exchange I would recommend. If you are looking for solid exchanges, then go for Coinbase, GDAX, Bitstamp and Gemini. I must however point out that while Coinbase might be the main service nowadays for newbies, it's quite expensive if you are a high volume trader due to their higher fees. If you're just an occasional buyer and seller, it's not that much of a problem.

You have to pay attention to the rules of English grammar as much as possible, I understand what you want to say but everyone does not understand. Bitfinex was closed for new members, because there was an unexpected increase in membership in December. I think Bitfinex has stopped recruiting members instead of providing insufficient services.

they are not the only ones who are taking this action, according to the others that will take this measure of not accepting new inscriptions, the measure is due to the fact that many new people are registered per day while the number of support tickets does not stop and increase, exchange employees are too few to answer support tickets and what we see is support tickets are taking a long time to answer, the document verification process is the other problem. So I hope this measure is productive and support tickets are answered
