today received an extensive personalized email with the solution, issue resolved and I can trade again. For security reasons no withdrawl for 5 days, but this I completely understand.
So resolved in 3 weeks!

I have the same problem here.
Opened a ticket December 21st (two weeks ago!) and havent received any answer until now, other than the usual "your ticket was received".
They must be making a lot of money with this "high increased load", they could as well invest in more client support.

I am almost losing my mind here, but glad to know you finally got a response.

Just received email and even apologies from support that they are on it, sent them my ID verification and will keep everyone here informed on the progress, but my hopes are up again!

Long story short, lost both my phone and backup (for some on the forum this is my own fault, could very well be, but that is beside the point!!), so I need my F2A cancelled on my account to regain access...since 15-12-2017

Other than a ticket received message no communication whatsoever, at least give us a realistic timeline and fix it!!
(on top of this issue, I sent all the required verification docs beginning of december...also no news whatsoever...but considering the above not the most pressing matter)

Anybody else experiencing similar problems with Bitfinex support?
