I don't believe anything what these smaller exchanges come up with, because they either blatantly run off with people's money, or they claim to be hacked and blame hackers for what the operators themselves did.

You always have the public opinion against you as smaller exchange, even when you are actually victim of theft by hackers, because you are supposed to take care of security and proper hot wallet withdrawal methods.

I remember that back when I was trading altcoins in 2015/2016, some of the smaller exchanges were processing withdrawals manually. Why can't these exchanges do the same? It should be the new trend.

Who cares about convenience in these situations. You can bet your two pennies that the victims would have wished they processed withdrawals manually.

All accounts have been frozen while there is no way to withdraw or deposit and the support service is unresponsive and many people are waiting for their money
Maybe those words do act only as a comfort for its users but the truth they wont really able to make them withdraw as said above if they do announce bankruptcy then
where they do get the money to compensate?

If they are bankrupt means they will never going to refund any money if people left on their wallet so take it as best lesson and never ever store your cryptos in exchange's wallet even in the well reputed one's as well.

2 consecutive attacks on April and they are being attacked again recently? This do means out that they havent really put attention into their security for this thing to happen again.
There are lots of exchange in the market and they sustained it even on this current market condition. The good thing here is that they are really serious and honest on what they are experiencing now.
Current market condition plus low trade volume wont really able to sustain. For those users of this exchange its good that you have been still given the chance to withdraw out funds.

Fortunately I never used that exchange so if anyone still using that exchange try to withdraw all your funds from their wallets or you will lost it forever.

Hey OP you should quote the article which is taken from their announcement or you will get ban for plagiarism.

Insert this in the place of your post
Code:
[quote]The exchange is closing

Hello, friends.

Unfortunately, the exchange is forced to declare itself bankrupt and stop its operation.

The fact is that back in April, the project was subjected to two consecutive hacks and theft of almost all funds in the wallets. Although these vulnerabilities were fixed in operational terms, but this did not help prevent theft of funds and find the attacker.

Since then, the team has tried to do everything possible to somehow support the project in order to try to get out of this situation.

But the subsequent fall in the market and a decrease in trading volumes made it impossible to achieve success in this regard. And one more attack also blocked us to reach this goal and make exchange reborn.

The day came when our strength dried up.

We made all possible withdrawals for now.

We thank everyone for believing in the project, for participating in it, and we also want to apologize for letting you down and failing to achieve the set result.

In the near future the project will stop working. Please do not deposit more funds into your wallets.

Best regards, BitFlip team.[/quote]
