Yeah I've heard about that, seems like working on the concept of "shares" draws a lot of negative regulatory attention.
Are there any alternatives? Are there any sites where you can get funded with a kickstarter type pledge instead of selling stock?
Also, I'm not a member of bitfunder, but I'd suggest trying to log in and withdrawal. Keep us informed on what happens!

I'm a little confused on whats been happening on bitfunder lately. I haven't logged in for a while and noticed that U.S citzens are getting the boot. I have 24 coins invested in SNQ.coinl. Is it possible to transfer these out from bitfunder? Will I still get dividends after tomorrow? I'm in a bit of a panic state at the moment. Will I lose my assets?

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated, Happy Halloween!
