1. Yes, you are right "cancelled" is more appropriated word, but currently we have only 3 statutes for withdrawal: Finalized, Active and Rejected. We will fix it.
2. Yes, it was a bug.

But the main lie from this user is that he said that we have cancelled withdrawal, but it is not a true.

This is interesting. Both of you are now blaming each others and showing proofs in each others favor. I do not trust words from BitGame77, he could alter the screenshot or the database since this is his system.

I have not much idea about user elmanchez. He could come up with a false story after losing everything (I guess) when he himself cancelled the withdrawal. But according to his statement he did not cancel it by himself.

It's hard to put a convolution here. I do not see any of you are coming with any additional proofs too and this accusation is not ending with a resolution of course.

After visiting Bitgame777 trust page its quite clear that they don't like to provide fair bonuses to their users. There is serious accusation of changing rules after anyone win big amount on their platform. Undoubtedly its a clear sign of stealing winners money by applying sudden rules for users.

You may have missed to check their trust page before planning to play there. In my opinion its too much risky for anyone to play there and everyone should avoid this casino forever.

There is an active red flag against the user. Few red tags and from my personal experience I have seen them to use two face standard. I also left them a tag but still I am not sure why users from BitcoinTalk do not see them :-D

You don't need to open a scam accusation just a second after things happens (in situations like this), first thing you should do is contact the owner, support or any corresponding body and explain what happened and give them a chance to respond.

However, from what I can tell you should be entitled to the ~~0.004~~ 0.003 BTC since you won it from a free spin which wasn't included wagering requirements.

What happened::
I went to their topic and saw that they give 0.003 BTC for free with conditions that can be withdrawn, I decided that I could try. In general, I successfully lost the bonus by 80%, almost winning it. While playing the game, I discovered the achievement "1 free spin" in the game, I used it and got free games (lucky) and won a total of 0.004.
I went to my profile and saw that I do not have active bonuses and I can safely withdraw money. I put on the withdrawal of ronl 0.004 BTC and after a while my request was canceled and the bonus that was not active became active, which did not give me the opportunity to withdraw money on the withdrawal again.
Of course, I took screenshots because I knew there would be some problems. I didn't have the opportunity to withdraw again and I just lost them, not hoping that I would get them back.
