I was banned in main tg group today for asking about their 5B$ daily reported volume and if it's fake or not!

That's a big red flag for me. Any BGB investor needs to be very careful investing in this shady exchange!

Most likely fake. It's one of those with "massive volume but for some reason there's barely anyone who has heard of it" cases  Undecided

i've no intend to return back:) i'll fight for every sat:)
In that case, you won't get a nut. It's not an ethical move from the exchange (I never heard before this time), but if you don't cooperate them, you are losing both BSV and your BTC. So, I think you must follow the step they ask and get your BTC back. That will be a win for you.

This indeed is very odd, and I haven't hear of any exchange to do just that. Perhaps your transactions somehow flagged up as suspicious and they're investigating this, thought whichever the matter I feel they should communicate it clearly.  It's such a nuisance but I suppose the best course of action is to get in touch with them to find out why this occurred and how can you/they remedy this so that both of you walk away happy.

Maybe they are not returning that to that dumper at all? They could give BTC rate at which OP bought BSV and get those BSV and turn that into their profit. You can't trust such unethical exchange. They have no right to interfere like that. If it were an technical error then could have been understandable but that's not the case.

Lol, what kind of exchange is that. Asking the trader to return the sold coins. Well, if I'm the one who's affected, I'll just return it and take back my BTC.
But, how will you know that there's a guarantee that they will not do the same locking for the returned BTC of yours?

Indeed you did nothing wrong. The market dictates the price not them. It doesn't make sense to lock your funds and reverse the trade just because they didn't like the bought price.

These guys seem bad news just from the fake info they have provided. There's no way they have 6 digit users with barely any trace when you look them up. Not to mention the volume...

They don't seem to be active here, try posting in reddit and on their SNS to get their attention.

Lastly, a screenshot is better than copy-pasted text as a proof don't you think? and better stick to one thread.

I bought 5.2467 BSV on the site on 2019/12/24, but the coins I bought have been locked since then. And since that time, I can neither sell nor withdraw. Nothing has changed even though I have complained with time and my tokens are still locked. The only answer from the site is 'they lock my tokens because I bought them very cheaply'. But this is already happening on all exchange sites, not just Bitget. You can buy or sell with any price you want. So there is no irregularity in my purchase. Bitget still keeps my BSV tokens locked illegally. This is clearly a fraud. I report that they have been fraudulent about the site and request that the situation be investigated.
AND below you'll see a part of the last chat interview with Bitget help desk

support chat transcript with bitget exchange...
Bitget-jack
A proposal was given to you in Jan 2020, have you consider about it?

me: did you get my question? my question was. Why did you lock my BSV?
since jan i did not get a logical answer for locking my BSVs...
Bitget-jack
yes i understand. what I understood is that moving forward, you have to return the BSVs to the seller and receive your BTCs back

Me: why should i return? there is seller and there is a buyer...
pls give me logical answer WHY?
what you want from me is unacceptable unless there is a logical reason...

I bought 5.2 BSV from the bitget exchange. And i did bought 5very cheap, because someone dumped his BSV... And bitget seized my 5.2 bsv and asking me to return the dumper-seller.Smiley They locked my 5.2 BSV since 3 months.
Can you explain more details I did not understand anything? Correct me if I'm wrong:
What is the platform link? Is it Bitget DOT in or https://www.bitget.com/en?
Why did they seized your account, did you withdraw that money? Did the 5.2 BSV legally buy them and they closed all the account balance, including legal currencies?

What was the response of the support team?
