OP exists to hate on Ratimov, that is their sole purpose behind creating this thread. Its unfortunate that the account that tagged BestChange was apparently holding out for some kind of 'thanks' before doing the right thing and removing their negative, otherwise they would have just removed it after they realized they were wrong.
I normally try not to comment on BestChange-related matters but Balthazar's negative is objectively incorrect in this instance and I will be excluding them from my trust list.

Can someone create a scam accusation against Google, Yahoo, Bing and all type of search engines? They also can create scam accusation against Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all other type of social media. I would also want to see scam accusations against Gumtree type portals, real estate portals, all directory type sites etc. Let us all scrap these site online and continue tagging. Oh yes, let's go against all P2P sites too, including Binance P2P.

At that time they did not have many people to defend them since they were new. But now they have. However, question still remains that why even there is a question against BestChange?
BestChange is a site who lists exchanges. More like a directory. Obviously they do their due diligence which is obvious to keep their service trusted and reliable. If one or more company scams or do any wrongdoing, they can just remove them. What else one expects from them? That they should take liability of all the exchanges they listed on their site? Is it even logical?

They have done everything possible to work on the problem. Imagine if something else came up, wouldn't it kill their spirit to sort out issues since some DT members just leave negative feedback to profiles regardless of the efforts they have put in to get it solved?

Afterwards, he just goes offline until he gets something new to howl about.

I doubt if he was one of the affected users. I am not saying that one shouldn't complain when something unlikely comes up about a certain service, but the particular profile (airfinex) was created to either get someone banned or cause some drama if you look at the post history. Some highlights would be "On the night between 4 to 5 June, according to preliminary information, the exchanger bithub.im was hacked." and
"the majority of the victims managed to receive the funds lost as a result of the hack of the exchanger, the rest will also receive them".

They don't even care about what happens afterwards (whether the case gets resolved or not). All they care about is specific profiles receiving negative feedback.

What do you want BestChange to do in this case? Pay up everyone who makes a claim on bithub.im's behalf, minus carrying out any full depth investigation?
As far as I can see, BestChange is tied up to how fast bithub.im can work on solving the issue.
The victims didn't deposit any money on Bestchange and even if they did, such Issues don't get worked on overnight.
The answer they gave is pretty much reasonable for now. Incidents happen. Just give them sometime before you start blaming DT members for not sending them negative feedback. I have tried to look through the accusation, but I haven't seen anywhere they said they don't want to solve the problem.

I'm not sure why exactly are accusing BestChange in this case. as far as I can see many of the negative comments (55 negatives of 77 comments about them) are still visible on https://www.bestchange.ru/bithub-exchanger.html
I can't find it on the English version of the website.
Also, they removed Bithub from the listing 05.06.2021. which is 10 days before Balthazar open thread against BestChange and it doesn't seem objective here.
Balthazar is DT2 and he leaves them negative feedback.
