The support is very slow to respond lately.Don't submit a ticket,mail them to their alternative email address which could found in their "contact us" section.

I open 5 ticket but...  you said waiting 2 week Huh
Give it a week more. They are slow on support response. Flooding ther ticket will only minimize your chance of getting an answer.

Try to send them 1 more ticket they will end to help you i waited once 2 weeks for support they are very slow sometimes,  i not use them anymore a lot scammers over there.

Hello

I have problems with bitify.com I bought item btc now in escrow seller can't send refund and support don't replay to me 5 days.
How to fix my problems
