In first ticket they told "Due to the high demand of user's transactions, some of these have been delayed."
In second one 12 days later they told: "that the technical area has presented inconvenience in the system nodes, the reason why your withdrawal has not been processed."
yes, ofc they will use that line just like how other exchanges did. To be fair, their withdrawal problem has been going on since last year-- I first read a thread here on November- and from the looks of it, they still have the same amount of users complaining about it all over social media. You can really see the improvement :' )
not to mention that new assets kept coming while this problem barely gets its progress
@op, a class action lawsuit could be an option if you have a significant amount there and can gather likeminded ppl.
