Hi everyone. This is meant as a warning to anyone using thinking of using BitInstant. On Saturday, 5 days ago I send $235 to BitInstant to fund my Mtgox account. After 5 days the money is still not there. I have exchanged emails with both of them and the problem is with Bitinstant. From what I can tell Mtgox has done nothing wrong.

BitInstant tells me they see my deposit there and have asked questions about my Mtgox account which I have answered. Finally after 4 days they sent me an email that said "Processed!" but still I have no money in my Mtgox account.

As a business owner I feel it is a big deal to post publicly about a company but after 5 days of them keeping my money and not funding my accountt I feel I have no other choice. If Bitinstant corrects this problem I will post an update but until that happens I am assuming they are keeping my money and not transferring it as they were supposed to.

I would like to point out that I have used Bitinstant in the past without any problems and again, I don't believe this has anything to do with Mxgox. Mtgox has always done everything correctly for me.
