Update - just got an email from Charlie.  Apparently they are working on it.

Update 2 - I still don't have my bitcoins after 7 hours.

Update 3 - 8 hours and counting.

Update 4 - 9 hours and no coins.

Update 5 - 10 hours.

11 hours.

I'm sorry for your delay, sometimes on weekends getting in touch with the right people to fix a transaction takes a little longer.

Please send me a PM, I don't know which order you are referencing.

I used MoneyGram to fund a wallet and even though BitInstant claims the order completed almost immediately, the wallet still has no funds in it ~6 hours later.  This is not very "instant" service.  I tried calling them, but nobody answered.  I also sent an email to support 1.5 hours ago (a reply to the automated email confirming my transaction, so it has all the details in it) and haven't received a reply.  I've never experienced a BTC transaction this slow.  So much for "instant".  I thought I was paying the MoneyGram and BitInstant fees for faster service (~10% of the total transaction amount), but apparently not.
