Thanks guys. I did not watch the video. The instructions seemed pretty clear but I asked the clerk and things went downhill from there.
I had to get on the Batphone twice to India before the clerk was able to pull up the transaction. It went through but was such a hassle (in time and money) compared to my usual bank thing.

nobody knew how to do it, felt like a deadbeat, and it took almost an hour for them to figure it out.

The key phrase to remember when they have trouble.   .. "I am not sending money, I am paying a bill."  The procedures with their terminal are different between the two.

Am I missing something or has BI changed the deposit options?

I tried to purchase through BI today and was only able to go through the Moneygram options. I usually do cash deposit at a Bank of America.
The Moneygram turned into a huge hassle. I had to go to CVS, nobody knew how to do it, felt like a deadbeat, and it took almost an hour for them to figure it out.

This was a real pain.

We're working on getting bank deposits back within a few days.

At CVS, did you see the red phone there ? Did you watch our video?
