Yes but mericans still won't be able to use it without jumping through massive hoops. The U.S. govt controls its people with money. It's a much better and cheaper alternative than troops and troops are made up of citizens. A soldier is not likely to go to the house of an elderly couple and harass them so they get a letter from the IRS instead and commit suicide. It's much more efficient.

does bitinstant not have the cash deposit option anymore since Dwolla got cracked down on?

that was how I was getting my coins, was the easiest and most convenient and im kind of pissed right now because I was all set to get my payment slip and had to do a double take at the screen.

If it's truly gone, anyone know a reliable service besides localbitcoins that will allow for cash ----> bitcoins?
