That makes me feel better that no one got left without funds, I thought I was gonna be one of them! Also, it seems like all the bad in BitInstant is happening to me! I think I'll try out you guys one more time and if it works within 12 hours, I will keep being a customer. But, if it has to goto support and I have to wait 3+ days I might have to find an alternative.

Nope, you can search high and low, we've never left anyone in the dark.

Even when it is our mistake, we take the funds out of our pockets.

As soon as you make another order, PM me your Order ID and Ill make sure it goes thru smoothly.

I will also delete this thread when the problem is fully resolved (when I get my bitcoins)

That is fair. No need to delete it, just edit the title to [RESOLVED] once it is done!

Should be processed soon, I already pushed it thru.

still haven't received an email back from yesterday or my bitcoins

Hey, I responded in the other thread and would prefer to keep the conversation there.

Your BTC were purchased and price locked in, so don't worry about price fluctuations either.

Please close this thread or edit the title thanks!

That sounds pretty ridiculous, especially for such a large company.

Bitcopia would be thrilled for the opportunity to fill your orders. I love what I do and customer service never ends. You can start with orders as small as $50. Buy orders are shut down for the weekend, but will be back up Monday morning.

I hope BitInstant can resolve your issue and find your funds.

Thanks for plugging your service in our thread  Smiley

As you can imagine, when we were smaller I was doing support myself as well. As you get bigger you can't do that anymore.

We have a larger staff which processes thousands of transactions every single day. Simple support requests can take minutes, and more difficult ones a few hours.

Unfortunately these threads only show the bad, not the good

I hope BitInstant can resolve your issue and find your funds.

To this date, no BitInstant order was ever left unresolved and no customer has ever lost money.

Thanks

Charlie

3 out of 3 orders of mine ALL had problems and now I'm done with Bitinstant.

Order 1/3: Deposited around $1150 divided into 3 deposit slips at Walmart. Since two amounts were similar I didn't receive $500. Contacted support and received my bitcoins the next day, no big deal, I was still happy with the service.

Order 2/3: I had around $1500 in my Dwolla so I decided to buy some bitcoins. Went back to bitinstant and ended up getting a message saying to contact support, I did and ended up getting my bitcoins in three days due to an API issue. I thought to myself "not a problem stuff happens" and was still happy that I at least got my bitcoins.

Order 3/3: I bought $1000 worth of bitcoins Tuesday and made sure the two deposit slips were different amounts to avoid any problems. It is now Friday and I am still waiting for my bitcoins. I got the email saying they processed but never got my bitcoins. Two times Rachel forwarded the problem to Ira Miller, the first time he asked for my Dwolla Order IDs and so I sent them to him and still no response. The second time Ira hasn't responded at all.

All in all you guys have $1000 of mine and haven't got my bitcoins. I also run a business with 24/7 support and that is probably why I have been so patient. I understand how you can get mobbed by emails, but this is disappointing. I have been extremely patient with you guys and now I am just done. What is it, am I extremely unlucky that 3/3 of my orders are delayed or is your automated system and support messed up? Sorry for the long rant, it's just frustrating not knowing if you are going to get your money or not.
