In two very recent situations involving associates who used bitinstant, the funds "got lost" (never reached the destination) and in both cases, bitinstant was able to resolve the problem. What wasn't handled was that the time delay allowed a significant rise in bitcoin pricing, which cost my associates a small loss.

There does seem to be a recurrent problem here, even though it does get fixed.

I've tried searching for a bitinstant thread here but couldn't find a main one.  Who can i contact about failed deposit, it says "Serious error occurred" on their end in the log.  I've done the deposit the same way as always.

Of course i've tried their email and support ticket, but haven't gotten a response in 3 days.
