The issue started when I was trying to transfer funds from dwolla to bitstamp.   I was told by Gareth Nelson of bitinstant that we needed to do a .01 transaction and then it would work fine and they would refund me my penny.  its been a week now, its not about the money, its about the principle of the matter.  I ended up in a customer service email loop where they kept asking me for lots of unrelevant information before they would refund.  Yesterday Gareth responded to the customer service and cc'd me saying he authorizes the refund and still haven't received it.  I got screwed out of some funds when I did zipzap transaction last month through them and now this.  I do not recommend.
