We're working to bring back missing functionality to the new beta site.  Unfortunately I have no ETAs on specific missing features.

Are you accepting cash deposits again?

Cash deposits are processing normally.

Great, thanks.

So I just made an account on Bitinstant's new website (pretty spiffy Smiley), but i no longer see a cash deposit --> BTC-e coupon option for transfer cash to the BTC-e exchange. It shows they have over $35K on BTC-e right now so what gives?

Thank you!!!
