There is an special thread around here for dealing with that. My first transaction with Bitinstant also took many days, a little more than one week, but eventually someone from Bitinstant managed to solve it. Unfortunately it requires begging a lot to get things done with Bitinstant (that is my experience at least).

moderators wont let me talk the truth!! i gave bitinstant 500 9 days ago and they have not contacted me about it. they have taken my 500 and ripped me off. do not do buisness with bitinstant for any reason unless you want to loss 500 and never see your money again!!!! horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible
