Transaction completed successfully. They just needed more docs to complete verification.

Sent message to support as wells hours ago and didn’t bother replying to my message. Is this site a scam? Would their rep that posts here care to reply because have had no luck.

Can you attached images or screenshots supporting on your compaints? If it is true then i can see they do have really big differences even lets say the value of bitcoin does decrease in the times we do make transaction but not just that big it almost get 15% on the total amount requested. OP should really respond into this one. Fees are really big just like been said above.

There are currently costs associated when making a credit/debit card order. We believe in Bitcoin, and believe in its fairness. We do expect our fee to decrease as the Bitit transaction volume and worldwide Bitcoin liquidity increases.

reward pint is also too high, if you just earn 1 point while spend 1€ and redeem 100 point only 1€. you should make it much.
