Bitizy.com offers users to participate in a bitcoin raffle game.
How does it work?
Once two users have deposited at least allowed minimal value in a round the timer starts to tick, there are 30 seconds in each round, in this time phase every user is allowed to join who can deposit at least minimal allowed value.
