You send it with fees? did you check the address on the blockchain and if so how many confirmations does it have?

Sorry can't post this in correct place as still a newbie.
I placed some BTC in to Bitjam to look at investing but the amount is only showing in Unconfirmed in my account section and is not shown in my actual useable balance.
Can't find anything on the net to say how long it takes to come out of there and in to my actual balance oir if I need to do anything. Has been about 2 hours now :S
Anyone know?
