Is it possible to run two instances of the soft?
(Having coins mined to two wallets)

This will be possible in version 0.7, supposed to be released next week.  Default will still be to only allow one instance, but a setting will be added to allow launching more than once instance at once.

You mine to your own wallets.
Can you use it on auto-exchange pools? Specifying the coin of your choosing?

I know for a fact that on the YIIMP-type pools you can do it by specifying the coin in the password field.  Let me know if you have a particular pool in mind and I'll try to sort it out for you.

Version 0.5 released.

Full Changelog: https://coolbits.io/bitlab/Changelog.txt
Download: https://coolbits.io/bitlab/

Release notes for version 0.5:

- Added the Profit Switching tab for selecting coins for profit switching
- Added the "Enable profit switching" checkbox to enable profit switching for
  mining
- Bitlab is now released as an installer executable file instead of a ZIP
  file.
- Miner engines are no longer bundled with Bitlab.  They will be downloaded
on-demand upon mining start (then cached for further use).
- Added a menu (right side of the miner drop down list) allowing for
dowloading or re-downloading of a particular miner engine.  That menu now
also allows selecting a particular miner variant, if available - for
example, a particular XVG coin algorithm.
- Added a /combo=... command line switch.  For example:
  bitlab.exe /mine /coin=ETH /miner=ethminer /combo=cuda
This will start mining the ETH coin with the ethminer miner by telling it
  to use its CUDA variant.
- The https://coolbits.io/bitlab/makelink.html page now also supports miner
  combos.
- Miners that require hardware not present in the system will not longer be
shown by default.  Checking a menu option Advanced > Show incompatible
  miners will force showing them.

Bitlab is a Windows GUI profit-switching miner supporting over 50 coins.
It utilizes data from Whattomine.com to find the most profitable coins to mine at any given time.
You can either run in profit-switching mode, or in single coin mining mode.

You mine to your own wallets.

Bitlab is a one-stop solution for mining any non-ASIC coin.

Download Bitlab 0.5 for Windows 10 64 bits at: https://coolbits.io/bitlab/
Your antivirus software may complain during the download, installation or execution of Bitlab.
Pause or disable the antivirus software and retry.

Some of the features are:
  • Profit Switching between all Whattomine.com supported coins.
  • restart failed miner
  • optionally reboot the computer after reaching a number of failed miner starts
  • user-friendly (silent) mining - only mine when there has been no user interaction with the computer for a configurable amount of time
  • reduce miner (and/or GUI) to tray, or even completely hide it - handy when combined with the silent mining feature for seamless mining while working - keyboard combinations available to un-hide the miner or the GUI
  • fast switching between coins, miners and pools.  Only enter your wallet information once
  • everything is done through the GUI, and automatically saved.  No tedious configuration file editing (but if you really want to - you can)
  • optionally start upon Windows boot-up - optionally start mining / hide miner / etc
  • optional delay upon starting with Windows boot-up
  • support for bitlab: web links.  Pool operators can add 1-click mining configuration to their pool websites (make links on https://coolbits.io/bitlab/makelink.html)
Many other features are being developed.

Supported coins:
  • AEON - BCN - BTG - BWK - CHC - CRC - DCR - DCY - DGB-GROESTL - DGB-QUBIT
