BitMain ship out orders via DHL and delivery time is about 1 week (after 4 months of waiting, that is). There's been no customs clearance when shipping over to Czech Republic, which means that price they list will only add the shipping itself.
Never heard of going over and picking up the miners on your own.

I don't know why you have mentioned India anyway when OP hasn't mentioned at all that he is from India, or anything else connected with it. Other thing is Bitmain doesn't send miners to India, because of customs, there is some hard regulations in India for that type of merchandise, they destroy it, or return it to sender. People from India that have ordered from Bitmain are getting refunds because of that(which can take a while 1/2-1 month)
The only way you can get Antminers direct is by getting them shipped to your address, even in China pretty sure they do not allow pickups. I'm sure it'd be way cheaper if you actually lived in China due to maybe less shipping costs etc.

It will say at the bottom of the page under the section marked "Discount" Lately there have been no discounts on bitmain miners. The last batch said "There are no discounts available for this batch."
When they do offer a discount, it is usually a very small % if you order more than 500 miners.

What do you mean by collect?Like cash and carry option, or delivery? I'm not sure I comepletely understand your question
