No. What's the incentive for them? Demand already exceeds supply. There's a 2 month back log in orders. Batches generally sell out in hours. I wouldn't be surprised if they raise the price.
Hoping for it. But normally Chinese have other dates of special offers- specifically Chinese New Year.
