Seems like the messed everything up! My L3+ still aint shipped. Support is silent. I dont really get this.

Thats just the way it is with Bitmain. You can't really count on the shipping estimates to be accurate at all. Some have even reported orderds not being sent together. Sadly, until someone else develops new ASICs, Bitmain will continue to be able get away with having poor customer service.

I bought 5 units in the Dec 21-29 batch and mine shipped 9 days ago and I've had them 5 days now... No idea why they shipped them early!

They didn't ship my S9's early though  Sad
Probably because they're mining with it themselves right now or something of the sort. Wouldn't be surprised as profitability has skyrocketed on BTC and these miners are now hard to get even at 3-4x their original value.

i ordered one for the march batch, but dont get any confirmation per mail only in the support center is paid and veried

Hello!

I have ordered L3+ from 1-10 Dec batch. Until today they havent been shipped. Support doesnt reply for a week. Did anyone buy from this batch?
